When you zoom an image too much or try to print it too large it can become pixelated. This means the image will look blurry and you'll see all the little color squares (pixels) that make up the digital image. We let you know when we think an image may not print well as a result.

We default it to matte, as we think it looks sweet with custom artwork. Don't worry, you can change it to glossy on the cart page by clicking the link labelled "Finish" below the item's name.

No, all skins are printed on solid opaque white vinyl. That means if you upload an image with areas of transparency, those areas will appear white on the final product.

Yes! On supported devices, you'll see the artwork is visible in the screen area when you preview it. Your skin will arrive with a custom code printed in the excess to download the wallpaper.

Sure - look in the lower left corner when laying out your artwork. On supported devices, the "Rotate Device" icon lets you toggle between landscape and portrait views.

In the rare event that there's a defect that our team missed, we'll replace the skin at no charge. We can't issue refunds or give you mulligans because you don't like the design or artwork though - that's out of our control.
