How do I remove my skin?
Some devices require a little extra help. iPods skins, for example, remove best if you hold down the click wheel as you pull off the skin. Macbooks skins come off easiest when the lid is closed. There are many ways to remove a skin, so we recommend to do what works best for you.

How do I put my wallpaper on my device?
2. The 2nd option is saving the image directly on your computer. Then, using your USB cord, you can hook your device to the computer and copy the image to your device. When you connect your device (Windows) should pop up a dialog box that asks what you would like to do with this device. If you are using a Mac you'll want to open finder and locate your device in the left menu. Choose the option that allows you to view the files on the device. You can then copy and paste the wallpaper image onto your device. This option may require consulting the user manual that came with your device.
3. The 3rd option is transferring the wallpaper image from your computer to your device using a memory card. Using your device’s memory card (usually sold separately), you can add the wallpaper file to the memory card from your computer and then put the memory card back into your device (this is how we test 99% of our wallpapers). If your computer does not have a memory card reader, you may need a memory card reader/adapter.
4. Another method to get your wallpaper is via text/picture message. You can send a picture message to your device with the wallpaper image attached. (In order to do this you need to know your picture/text email address for your device. -- For example since I have Verizon mine would be 3026449399@vzwpix.com
- Carriers Picture/Text possible addresses:
- Alltel = xxxxxxxxxx@message.alltel.com
- Amp’d Mobile = xxxxxxxxxx@vtext.com
- AT&T = xxxxxxxxxx@mms.att.net
- Boost Mobile = xxxxxxxxxx@myboostmobile.com
- Centennial Wireless = xxxxxxxxxx@myblue.com
- Cingular (AT&T) = xxxxxxxxxx@mms.mycingular.com
- Einstein PCS = xxxxxxxxxx@einsteinmms.com
- Nextel = xxxxxxxxxx@messaging.nextel.com
- Sprint = xxxxxxxxxx@messaging.sprintpcs.com or xxxxxxxxxx@pm.sprint.com
- T-Mobile = xxxxxxxxxx@tmomail.net
- US Cellular = xxxxxxxxxx@mms.uscc.net
- Verizon Wireless = xxxxxxxxxx@vzwpix.com
- Virgin Mobile = xxxxxxxxxx@vmobl.com
If you have trouble figuring out your picture messaging address, try sending a text to your E-mail. You can then reply to that message with your wallpaper attached. Standard text messaging rates apply to each text message sent or received as provided in your wireless rate plan. (Contact your carrier for pricing details).
As the owner of one of our skins, we're happy to help you finish the custom look of your new device with a matching background wallpaper image. Please note that due to differences in color profiles, some variance in color is normal. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us at Support@decalgirl.com
