General Information
Orders are shipped daily (Monday - Friday) via a variety of methods. The list to the right shows the time frame you can expect when selecting a method.
All listed shipping times are after production - due to the wild variations in our product line, orders are produced after they're placed. While production times typically only take 24 hours, they can stretch to longer times during the holidays. Rest assured we're working as hard as we can to get your order to you in as little time as possible.
All orders ship with delivery confirmation and, when applicable, a tracking number. USPS will deliver on Saturdays and will also ship to rural areas and P.O. Boxes without extra charges. Making sure your package arrives quickly and in perfect condition is important to us; all items are shipped in rigid mailers to ensure safe, damage-free delivery.
For your convenience, our shipping system will automatically email you when your order has shipped, with tracking information (if available). Orders Outside the U.S.
We ship to our international customers using USPS and UPS (depending on weight). Most international shipments are delivered within 4-6 business days. Rates do not include European Union customs duties, VAT, and any other local taxes and/or duties, if applicable. We attach an international customs declaration to your package and charge you for the cost of shipping your package.
