DecalGirl.com designs and produces some graphic items (including, but not
limited to, game console skins, mp3 ipod skins, vinyl stickers, die-cut decals, banners,
license plates, and apparel) according to the information supplied by the customer at
the time the order is placed. DecalGirl.com is not responsible for spelling or typographical
errors made by the customer.
Skins that are custom made to order are not returnable or exchangeable.
Please take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the information
provided in the order confirmation email issued at time of order.
Standard game console accessories listed for sale may be returned within 15 days for
in-store credit. The item must arrive back in its original packaging and be in like-new
condition. Returns of used or incomplete merchandise will not be accepted. You will
be required to pay the shipping charges for any exchange. All returns require a RMA number
(return material authorization) before sending any item back to us.
To obtain an RMA number, please contact us and
request one - be sure to have your original invoice original invoice number, order date and reason for
the return. This RMA number is only good for 15 days from when it is issued. Original shipping and
handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped back
in original packaging in like new condition, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
DecalGirl.com will replace, exchange or issue a refund/credit only for those products which are
deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company representative. All products are QA checked
for flaws and completeness before shipment, but we ask that the customer check their package's contents
upon arrival. You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 5 days from receipt
or order is considered complete. There are absolutely no returns after 30 days.
For non-graphic items (including, but not limited, brake caliper paint, packaged ipod accessories and
game console accessories), returns that are not due to our error may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You must have a RMA number (return material authorization)
