Happy with the actual skins just not with the fact that after I had canceled an order I still got that order as well instead of being refunded. So now I have 2 of the exact same sets.
I am sorry for the confusion. The only corespondences we have from you is an email to change an order from the Goggles Integra to the Goggles 2. We did that and refunded you the difference as the Integra combo kit is less money. I show no contact, (phone, chat or email) in our system about a 2nd order being placed and needing to be canceled. How did you contact us to cancel your order?
The vinyl used to wrap the drone is amazing. You can stick and reapply to get it just right. The only issue is the shipping. USPS sucks and I would pay for better options. It took longer to get my skin than it did a drone coming from China. I will not order again because I don't want to wait two weeks to get it. Excellent product, terrible shipping choice.
Daniel - Unfortunately, the regional USPS distribution center 'misplaced' a bunch of shipments from April 30th, which is why yours took 10 days to arrive. I'm sorry for the delay - we were chasing the status every day for a week trying to get some insight but got nowhere. We do offer UPS options if you choose to order next time, starting at a few dollars more than the USPS Ground Advantage method you'd selected.
Amazing product! And they ship very promptly and I received it quicker than it said I would. The application is extremely easy in the directions are put together and away that anyone can apply them to whatever product they want them for.
